The Bacchus-Marsh Municipal Council, was one of my local government / tourism assignments. Whilst flying in a Cessna on this assignment, (locally owned and flown by a wealthy piggery farmer),We lost control and the engine stalled, we nearly crashed, ever since I refuse to fly with inexperienced pilots.
